Specialising in leadership and innovation, Mikala Holme Samsøe will discuss strategic planning and learning in organisations. She is especially interested in how architecture and physical planning can be used strategically to develop organisations and cities. Mikala manages complex architectural development processes in Henning Larsen Architects’ office in Munich. Amandus Sattler is a principal in the Munich firm of Allmann Sattler Wappner. Combining his successful practice and diverse teaching experience, Amandus will report on selected projects. The work of his practice is best characterised as a search for a context-related dialogue, identifying with the surroundings at the same time as offering structural openness, appropriate consumption of resources and precision in the execution.
