Reimagine Café: Collaboration for Better Places

26.10.21

The Reimagine Café is a community space for all those involved in placemaking and reimagining their built environment, meeting on the last Tuesday of every month.

Our October Reimagine Café, featuring Alison Harvey, will focus on how collaboration can bring about innovative, impactful, and long-lasting improvements in our built environment. Collaboration can be between areas of practice, between individuals, between communities and specialists. When done well, collaboration is a truly valuable experience for all involved.

Alison Harvey is Planning and Development Officer with the Heritage Council and Project Manager of the Collaborative Town Centre Health Check programme (CTCHC). The CTCHC is a trans-disciplinary programme that brings together multiple stakeholders to better understand the values and challenges of their town centre.
Reimagine is a nationwide placemaking programme delivered by the Irish Architecture Foundation, working with communities across Ireland to co-create and co-design solutions to problems or opportunities they’ve identified in their locality.

Reimagine is supported by Creative Ireland’s national creativity fund and the Dept of Housing, Local Government and Heritage.
