RIBA President’s Medals Exhibition

05.04.12

The RIBA President’s Medals exhibition will be visiting University college Dublin from the 11th April until 11th May. RIBA President Angela Brady and a director of Brady Mallalieu Architects, as well as a professional television broadcaster will open the exhibition on the evening of the 11th at 6.30pm in the School of Architecture, Richview.

The Royal Institute of British Architects has been awarding the President’s Medals since the 1850s with the aim of promoting excellence in the study of architecture, to reward talent and to encourage architectural debate worldwide.

These prestigious awards are widely regarded as the best architectural education awards in the world, with the judging panel selecting up to sixteen entries to receive them. Each year students aspire to be selected by their school to enter for the medals and for the opportunity for their work to be recognised and publicly exhibited.
