SET Collective will launch of issue 02 and screen The Shining at the IFI on June 10th at 18:20.

Written by Emma Dwyer, this issue looks at Kubrick’s 1980 masterpiece, The Shining. Focusing on the Overlook’s maze, rather than the hotel itself, she deals with the themes of distortion and repetition ever present in the film.

Emma will be on-hand to introduce the film and publication, before the screening. The IFI have provided us with the extended US release version of the film and copies of the zine will be available for free on the night.
