Reimagine…events to take place as part of Culture Night

03.09.20

This month sees two events taking place as part of the IAF’s Reimagine…project, both on Culture Night.

In Letterkenny a public consultation on the town’s proposed new cultural district will take place, whilst a talk on landscape design, biodiversity loss and architecture will be held in Loughrea.

Letterkenny Public Consultation
The new cultural district is being led by Rathmullan-based architects Sosie Pasperakis and Ronan Friel from Pasparakis Friel, and aims to improve connections between The County Museum, The Regional Cultural Centre and An Grianán Theatre.

Rathmullan-based architects Pasparakis Friel are behind the designs for the new cultural district, and will be seeking comments from local residents on the plans to improve connections between The County Museum, The Regional Cultural Centre and An Grianán Theatre. The consultation will take place in An Grianán Theatre Forecourt as part of Culture Night on from 6pm to 9pm Friday, 18th September. The public consultation will proceed in line with public health guidance related to Covid-19. Click here to find out more.
