On Sunday 21 May, Emmett Scanlon, Director of the Irish Architecture Foundation, gave a tour of the 18th International Architecture Exhibition, La Biennale di Venezia, titled The Laboratory of the Future. The tour was given to members of LINA, a European architecture network which includes the IAF.

Emmett was Artistic and Editorial Organiser of the Biennale, leading the curatorial and design team of Curator Lesley Lokko. The exhibition opened to the public on 20 May and remains open until 26 November.
