The IAF have partnered with the Temple Bar Gallery + Studios to deliver two film screenings, The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari and Wings of Desire, in the IAF theatre as part of the 7th edition of the Dublin Art Book Fair themed on Art and Architecture. The focus of Dublin Art Book Fair will be on the interdisciplinary aspects of Art and Architecture, their contingencies and overlaps, as well as their explicitly divergent natures. The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari (Das Cabinet des Dr. Caligar), is a 1920’s German silent film directed by Robert Wiene, which has been selected and will be introduced by David O’Mahony, Head of Cinema, Irish Film Institute.
