Now in its ninth year, in 2021 New Now Next takes place online and virtually for the second time, enabling a wider domestic and international audience to connect with the events.
The series began on Thursday 27 May at 6pm with a talk by Kate Orff, the US-based landscape architect and urban designer, and founding principal of SCAPE. The conversation was moderated by Ed Wall, Associate Professor of Cities and Landscapes at the University of Greenwich.
A recording of this event will be available to watch in the coming weeks.
Our 2021 series will continue with talks by Eyal Weizman in September, followed by a conversation between 2021 Pritzker Laureates Anne Lacaton and Jean-Philippe Vassal and Yvonne Farrell and Shelley McNamara in November. Find out more about New Now Next 2021.
New Now Next is supported by Arup. All events are free.
