PLACE talk: Non-place, Country and City

PLACE in Belfast is hosting a lunchtime talk by Alona Martinez-Perez, an Architect and Lecturer in Urbanism at the University of Ulster. The talk ‘Non-place, Country and City’ explores examples of her research work regarding recent architecture in Spain. A native of Bilbao, Basque Country, she will use the work of Aldo Rossi and Manuel Sola-Morales as references to investigate how design in the Spanish context can be used to explore architecture and the city.

The talk will take place at PLACE, 40 Fountain Street, Belfast BT1 5EE at 1pm on Wednesday, 25th April.
