IAF Collective: Takeover exhibition

23.06.18

IAF Collective: Takeover is a weeklong creative project for 15-18 year olds presented by the Irish Architecture from Monday 11 to Friday 15 June, part of our IAF Collective programming for young people. Facilitated by artist Mary-Ruth Walsh and architect and filmmaker Stephen Mulhall, this project will see a group of young people aged 15-18 use IAF HQ in 15 Bachelor’s Walk as a base and studio space to interpret the city. The project will draw from the IAF’s immediate city centre surrounds as an opportunity to explore, map and reimagine our built environment through workshops, excursions, presentations, drawing, making, photography and film sessions.

Join us on Saturday 23 June to see the creative outcomes of the project, displayed from 11am—6pm at IAF HQ with a celebratory event, open to all, at 2pm.. This exhibition is part of Cruinniú na nÓg, a national day of creativity for children and young people. IAF Collective: Takeover is funded by Dublin City Council.
